Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates (Continental U.S.)

We offer simple, transparent flat-rate shipping:

1 Bag: $9 flat rate

2 Bags: $12 flat rate

3 or More Bags: Free Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Please note that unexpected delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Alaska & Hawaii

At this time, Himalayan Beans & Leaves ships within the continental United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Processing & Weekend Orders

Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. If Monday is a federal holiday, orders will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. HBL Coffee is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist you promptly.
